Positive: Location

Convenient enough, private bathrooms, terrible management. Don’t book Positive: Overall the property was clean and easy to use. Not the most convenient but it works well if you like walking Negative: I had no issue with the housing itself. The management was so bad that it is worth the lowest rating and I would not come back. Don’t expect this host to work with you or treat you as a person. I tried to check in late (with a virtual check in via an app) and it was denied, and the number of the host that is provided is of the apartment complex itself, not the host. I requested to change my dates of stay before the free cancellation date and it was denied so I had to pay for all dates that I originally booked. Any time I requested I was flatly denied without consideration of the good faith effort I made to modify my booking in accordance to their policies. They blamed me for any inconsistency in their policy and what they provided. If I were to book this place without considering them, I’d rate this a 6-7/10

Comfortable, cozy, and better than what we had anticipated. Positive: Space was great, and they were very helpful when I ran into an issue with the door code. Negative: Honestly was great, no complaints.

I was charged $1,385 even though I never slept here a single night. Negative: I'm new to the city for work and working on securing housing for the length of my stay. I saw this property on Booking.com and it seemed like a decent place so I quickly booked it for 3 weeks so that I can continue my search for permanent housing. In the midst of booking my stay, I significantly misunderstood/misread the "Shared" aspect in the title listing. For whatever reason, I thought that the shared spaces mentioned were a lobby, fitness area, conference rooms, etc. When I got to the property, I realized that the unit was set up like an apartment with three bedroom doors. This was not exactly what I was expecting because I did not anticipate having roommates. To make matters worse, I realized that the "shared" apartment was co-ed. I overheard a male guest in the next room and I immediately reached out to the host. I reached out to the host to ask if other arrangements could be made because I cannot share a space with a male guest. The host was unaccommodating even after I explained my situation. I ended up checking out of the unit the very same day that I checked in. My key fob was placed on the night stand of the room I was assigned to and I never returned to the property again. I never slept there a single night. I had to find another place to stay that same evening. Over the next few days, I pleaded with the host to reconsider the cancellation policy and give me at least a partial refund. There was nothing that I could say or do to get them to change their minds. Even after I begged the host to review my case on an individual basis, they were completely unmoved. I told them that the money I was charged was all I had at the time. All in all, I was charged $1,385 for a service that I never used/received. This could be considered fraudulent or scam like but, the host was not bothered by it. When I reached out to Booking.
