Detroit elegante y acogedor de 1 dormitorio

Positive: Clean, centrally located, coffee, filtered water, comfy bed. Inside of property was immaculate and great. Negative: Only unit that was not lit up from outside. Reported non functioning porch light to 3rd party service and was asked to take a photo. Took photo and sent, but this was not addressed during my stay. Access code needed to be reset through 3rd party. There was a pile of large fallen tree branches in the area in front of the house outside the gate that I collected and moved so I could get by them. No deadbolt to secure flimsy front door from outside. Evidence of previous broken entry to door. After booking was encouraged by email to contact a private company and pay for luggage storage offsite rather than in property. The lack of attention to these outdoor issues made it seem that the property was not being monitored or issues addressed compared to other units. Wound up keeping all valuables in trunk of car for duration of stay - not ideal.

Schönes Apartment in netter neighborhood, netter Vermieter, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV Positive: Das Apartment war ein separates, kleines Häuschen auf zwei Etagen. Es war schön eingerichtet und hatte die perfekte Größe für zwei Personen. Die Lage in einem sehr angenehmen Wohngebiet gefiel uns gut, auch wenn es etwas weiter weg von der Innenstadt war. Gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV/Straßenbahn: 8 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten Haltestelle. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, die Antwort liess nie lange auf sich warten. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine zweite Toilette im EG. Das Bett ist zwar schmal, aber sehr bequem. Negative: Der Wohn-/Essbereich im Erdgeschoss ist etwas dunkel. Oben im Schlafzimmer hört man nachts etwas die Geräusche der nahen Autobahn. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitbringen.

Positive: Close to downtown

Positive: La propreté du site, les équipements idéal pour 2 personnes. Negative: La proximité de l'autoroute. Mobilier adapté pour 2 personnes (2 chaises de bar dont 1 inutilisable absence de 2 vis sur l'assise. À noter, pas de canapé lit comme indiqué dans l'annonce mais un matelas gonflable électrique confortable.

My overall stay was great. The neighborhood was quiet. There was parking directly in front of the townhouse at all times under a tree giving my car shade from the sun. It was located close to most of Detroit's attractions. The townhouse had all the basic amenities I needed plus some. The only downside was that the lower level got very little light.
