Just a huge pain all around. Negative: Couldn't get in. Once I got in, then I was locked out of both bedrooms that I had rented...it was late, I had to jump through hoops.with their app, calling, emailing all with no response, no available customer services, talking to robots, because they lock INTERIOR doors, which like others, kept me out of the bedrooms I had rented. Very corporate, not very comfortable or home like, but also NOT well maintained....BROKEN items everywhere- from the blinds, so NO PRIVACY, a walking path outside everyone can see right in, broken items in bath, Lighting was all broken, and very very inconsistent and garish....kind of place that gives you ONE tiny towel, because they are more concerned with being cheap, than ensuring your comfort by providing plenty of towels! Not even one single coffee pod provided. SMH. What an AWFUL unwelcoming experience l!!!

Good location poor customer service Positive: Location Negative: The blinds were broken in the Living Room, there was pubic hair on the one bed and I had to contact the company SEVRAL times because the code did not work for the bedrooms

Fair... A lot of texting back and forth NEVER produced a coffee maker that was not there. Vertical blinds were in tough shape. The chair in the pic doesn't exist, (must be AI). Given there is no furniture besides a bed, a simple luggage rack would be helpful. 3 days after leaving the deposit has not been returned.

The property was very neat, clean, and conveniently located around shopping areas. We would love to book again!

Messaged management about immediately regarding broken blinds that did not cover the slider. Ground level unit next to a walking path. No resolution. Coffee maker broken, also no resolution during our three day stay. Many burned out light bulbs and the fsmoke detector was on the counter (uninstalled).
