Great place . Would stay again. Positive: Lots of room Negative: Some difficulties trying to find the correct door to go in.

The House communication is extremely horrible. This is my second time running from the company. My first experience was subpar. It took me over an hour to even get into the property because the access code to the door was incorrect. No one had checked the keypad because it was beeping due to batteries being low, but I decided to give them another try for this trip and the key fob did not open the side door and the key fob did not open the door to the unit nor did the keypad light up so we could access it. I could not reach anyone on the phone. I had at least three different numbers texting me. I even sent them videos that it was not working. One of the text messages instructed me to go to the office of the property, which is not my responsibility. I am the guest. So my son and I had to go rent a hotel for our trip because we cannot get access to the unit so I will not recommend this property. The customer service is extremely horrible and there was no offer of a credit or half off or anything just so oh I’m sorry then I received a text the following day from the same number asking me how was my stay and I was very confused because I’ve already explained to them that we did not stay there. We left to go find a property that we could actually gain access to.

Great place to stay very clean and plenty of space. I would change instructions on how to make it through the front door to the unit and make a note that it's located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. That part was hard for my 75 year old mother to handle. But overall I would definitely rent this unit again when intown visiting family.

Great apartment. We would definitely return. Positive: Comfortable apartment with the needed amenities. Access to weight room. Streaming available. Close to parks to hike and AT&T stadium. Plenty of eating establishments, coffee shops and Fort Worth in close proximity. Negative: 3 flights of steps to get to apartment may be difficult for some people. Outdoor pool was not open.

Very nice and clean property. Positive: The property felt very safe it was nice that it had locked gates and doors. It was very clean and loved the lay out of the apartment. Nice that the apartment had full size washer and dryer. If I am in the area would stay again. The host I delt Negative: The mattress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable to me. Too firm. It would also be nice if there was an extra blanket available for roll way bed. It would be nice if the fitness center was available to guest that stayed a short while. My son did just run around the property for exercise since the weather was nice. I did not because I can't jog on concrete. Just a few touches would make it property excellent.
