The place itself is very nice if you ignore the awful smelling washing machine! Management was rude
Positive: Great amenities! The pool was amazing. The kitchen and bathroom were also very nice. The bedroom was very comfy. The kitchen was great for cooking and had the necessary appliances.
Negative: THE LAUNDREY SMELLS SO BAD! Very obvious mold smells from the washing machine. My clothes would smell weird after I washed them too. They never felt clean. Additionally, I had a rude interaction with management. They kept going back on their word and changing their mind and ended up charging me when they said they wouldn't for something. I accidentally drove home with the parking pass and immediately reached out. I was told I could bring it Monday morning since I was an hour away. I then got a call at 8:00 pm on a Saturday that I needed to bring the pass right now or I would get charged. I told them I was an hour away and it was extreme late notice as I was told I was fine to bring it Monday. She was extremely rude and snapped at me about taking it in the first place. I told her to just charge my card on file. On Tuesday I got another message saying I never brought the pass back on Monday. I said it was because I was told they were buying a new one which is why they charged me $150. I then drive 30 minutes out of the way to bring the pass back because they said they would refund the charge if I could bring the pass now. I dropped the pass off and waited for the refund. They kept ignoring my messages for a day or two. They then said they could do a a partial refund because it was late since I didn't return it Monday, I said it wouldn't have been late if you didn't call me to tell me you are charging me for a new one. It was extremely frustrating and obvious there management lacked proper communication. I kept getting random charges with no explanation. The fire alarm also went off multiple times during the night. I had to be up for work at 5:00 am so that was not ideal. The gym is alright I wish it had more equipment. Also, the neighbor has a really loud dog that would bark constantly. I know they can't control that but something to be aware of.

Overall it was a great stay. Most of the issues that came up during my stay weren’t with the airbnb but with the complex
Positive: Property was nice and clean. Great size for one person. The pool was great and so was the location! The overhead fan and large windows were my favorite! The website was also very easy to navigate. Overall great experience :)
Negative: The complex itself had a really weird smell and the property kind of did too. The couch was really small and not comfortable. The washer and dryer also had a very not good smell. The bathtub had issues draining and I wish there was more things for cooking. The fire alarm went off multiple times in the night during my stay. The gym was also very small.

Junior Gold extended stay
Overall the property was fine . Pool, game room and grounds were perfect ! The access to our events were great . Check in was not easy or smooth after a 13 hour drive , was tired and frustrated. The common hall smelled like garbage the entire stay . The apartment was fine , but listed a futon and a balcony to enjoy sitting .. no futon , but a dusty leaky air mattress . My teenage athlete slept the entire stay on this mattress. No patio furniture and key . When requested another key , was quoted $60.00 and my request for patio furniture was not responded to . All of this was just taken in stride but then I was being charged for a damaged pillow 1 1/2 days after check out! We had our own pillows . There was another guest after we left, as I was sent check out guidelines a day AFTER we checked out with ANOTHER NAME in the email body . I found the attempt to charge my card without any communication with me upset. I never received any check out guidelines. We did enjoy our time in Indy overall . I suggest you update your listing on amenities to reflect the current amenities.
