Great service and location Positive: Beautiful decorations, very comfortable and safe. Easy entry and quick response from staff when needed. Staff checked in daily to make sure my stay went well. Negative: Minor issues were reported to staff, but overall, the stay was great. I would book again!

Modern apartment in a quiet convenient location. Positive: Modern, nicely furnished apartment in a quiet location within walking distance of midtown. Free parking on the street or in the parking lot behind. Negative: There was no fold down bed as advertised. Instead an inflatable mattress was provided. No pillow or blanket provided, only sheets. No free wifi as advertised. You have to sign up to XFinity and pay their charge. You also have to have your own account to access streaming services and cable channels. Towels were quite adequate but all were discoloured. No oven mitt or tea towel provided.

Muy recomendable. Ubicación excelente y seguro. Positive: Las instalaciones y la seguridad. Negative: Me hubiera gustado que la 3era cama fuera un sofá cama (no un colchón inflable). Mi estadía duró 13 días y dormir en un colchón inflable por tantos días no resulta cómodo.

Easy to check in and use passcode to enter front door. Had everything we needed inside for our stay. Positive: Every thing you needed inside. Negative: No corner stores within walking distance.
