Lux Haven Whitestown

It was a nice stay, I loved the area we were in Positive: Very, very close to everything Negative: Our door was broken at the lock. It still locked, but it was broken and it took forever to figure out the Roku television set.

The apartment was nice and very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. Nice little patio. Pool was nice.(might want to put instructions to find key fob in check in information). I would definitely recommend this place. !!

Overall pleased. Would recommend and stay again in the future. Positive: The apartment was nice, looks almost exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Negative: The listing shows there is a BBQ and a pool. There is, however, we were not given access to utilize the amenities. I was not able to get a response to my messages about the pictures above the beds missing. I sent photos. I wanted to clarify that they were not there when we arrived so I won’t be held responsible.

It is clean and comfortable. The technology was a challenge. Positive: The beds were excellent. Negative: We were never able to access the television. The bedroom door locked if you closed it. The length of time to get out the entry door of the apartment was not long enough. The door locked before we could get out.
