It's ok if you have no other options
Fair... A lot of texting back and forth NEVER produced a coffee maker that was not there. Vertical blinds were in tough shape. The chair in the pic doesn't exist, (must be AI). Given there is no furniture besides a bed, a simple luggage rack would be helpful. 3 days after leaving the deposit has not been returned.

Property was lovely, but check-in process was a bit time consuming and required multiple steps.

Great spot!
We stayed here as a place to sleep for a concert. The property was clean and included towels for use.
