2. Can I have an early check-in?

The earliest check-in we can accommodate is at 3 pm. There will be a rush $50 early check-in fee for every hour before 3 pm. Please note this is on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. However, if booked directly through our website, we offer a courtesy 2 pm check-in.

3. What kind of items are our units stocked with?

All homes come standard with the following items:

4. Why do you need my ID? When do I submit it?

Our priority is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, including you. This means minimizing the risk of property damage, disruptive behavior, and unauthorized parties. Our screening process helps us verify identity, assess potential guests' suitability, and establish clear expectations. You will be asked to upload the ID as a part of our verification process.

5. Can I Receive Mail/Packages during my stay?

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

6. What areas are recorded by the security cameras and what is the purpose of the noise sensor?

The cameras only capture the exteriors, no areas within the unit are being recorded. The noise sensor does not record your conversations, it only alerts us if the noise levels become too high.

7. When can I have the exact address?

The exact address of the unit will be disclosed 8 hours before the check-in time.

8. What is the cancellation policy?

The cancelation policy is displayed on the listing site during the process of making the reservation and after the reservation has been placed.

9. Are pets allowed in our units?

We do not allow pets in our units. The only exceptions are service animals with the right documentation.

10. Do you offer long-term rentals?

Yes, we do. You can check the availability via the calendar on your preferred booking site.

11. How do I check in?

All of our units have a self-check-in process. You will only need to follow the instructions in your guidebook.

12. When will I receive the check-in instructions?

The check-in instructions will be available 8 hours before the check-in time.

13. Can I host a party or an event?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any parties or events to be hosted in our units. Thank you for your understanding.

14. When will my security deposit hold be released?

The security deposit hold is released immediately after checkout. it could take 7-10 business days to appear back on your statement depending on your bank.
