Positive: Cleanliness Negative: Curb parking was always taken. Was told from other residents it was not a good area in town. Didn’t like that I needed to submit everyone who was staying at the property’s ID and the process of doing that wasn’t all that easy because I’m not tech savvy by any means, and I had never had to do that for any other property.

No issues. Close to downtown. Neighborhood looked a little rough but all gems are shiny.
