It’s a gem if you need a place close to IU hospitals Positive: Fantastic location. Very clean. Bike rack a plus. Comfortable bed. Safe. Negative: Would have liked to park in secured lot.

Safe and clean. Positive: Tall ceilings. Negative: No tv in bedroom.

Positive: Good location. Walk distance to Kroger and some restaurants. Quiet for the entire day. Negative: The WiFi signal isn’t very good in the bedroom (I guess it might be blocked by the wall and the door).
